GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT - If we are locating a car for you, we will need a Good Faith Deposit. Please see "Good Faith Deposit" under the loan document option below. This deposit option is for loans and leases, where we (B. Austin Enterprises) locate and or deliver the vehicle to you.

The deposit is fully refundable, should we be unable to secure financing, find the car you are looking for or can't do the trade-in, for whatever the reason may be on our behalf.

LOAN ORIGINATION FEE - If you are applying for a Car Loan (not a lease) and we are processing the loan documents for existing capital or a car you have personally located, there will be a loan origination fee.

Car loans up to $54,900.00 are processed for a fee of $549.00, loan amounts over $54900.00 add 1% of the loan amount to the $549.00 fee. We will send an invoice via email for the remainder of the fee. (see below)

$0 - LOAN ORIGINATION FEE - If you are acquiring a vehicle through Motor Cars Ltd. there is no fee added to the selling price of the car you are Financing or leasing. 

All fees/deposits will need to be paid in full before actual lease/loan contracts can be sent out on your behalf. We will fax or email a pre-loan/pre-lease agreement to you, with all the pertinent information pertaining to your loan/lease so you can pay your fees upfront by credit card.
